Due to new guidelines by Bradford City Clinical Commissioning Group community pharmacists can no longer order your repeat medication.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested in the following ways:
Handing in your repeat prescription counterfoil to reception.
Filling in a prescription request form available at reception.
Online, if you are registered with SystmOne: please click here.
Please note that it takes two working days for prescriptions to be processed. When you are ready to collect your prescription, please come to Reception for it after 5.00 pm.
Please note for request handed in before 12 pm your prescription will be ready within 48 hrs, any requests after 12 pm will be ready within 72 hrs.
For system online, please take into account, this is for your use and your login details should not be given to a third party as this gives access to your medical records.
If we suspect you have given your login details to a pharmacist your login will be revoked. We have an obligation as a GP practice to ensure your medical records are secure.
Please note that from time to time a clinician has a duty to review your regular medication to ensure that it is still beneficial to you.
